Wk 3 Visual Lesson Plans

I notice the new thing on Pinterest and teacher blogland seems to be Visual Lesson plans. I've always done my lesson plans this way. Now, they are sort of a hybrid. I haven't yet learned to link to all my documents/ lesson files. How do you do your lesson plans? I also included a snapshot of our weekly homework.
